Store Policies Health Solutions Unlimited offers the following Returns Policy: Our Ultra-Tech & Ultra-Tech II cookware has a full lifetime warranty. Each piece is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchase. Replacement handles, knobs, and temperature gauges require $5.00 for shipping and handling for each individual item. Carico International will repair or replace any defective piece of cookware free of charge for life. Warranty does not apply to any part or component that has been subject to misuse and neglect or that has been altered in any such way that its performance is affected. This warranty also does not apply to commercial use. International shipments may incur additional charges. Please contact our offices by phone, fax, and mail or e-mail should you feel you have a defective product. |
